Xi Yi, graduated from the 'Beijing Dance Academy' in 2003-2013. As a representative young male dance artist, his notable works include 'Powder and Ink,' 'Red-crowned Crane,' 'Hero Manas,' among others. In 2014-2015, he was invited to star in the ballet 'Red-crowned Crane' by renowned Canadian artist Peter Kunzig of the 'Royal Winnipeg Ballet.'

He also participated as an exchange student at the Italian National Dance Academy in Rome (formerly the Italian Royal Dance Academy). He has toured Germany, France, the United States, New Zealand, Australia, and Turkey.

In 2018, Yixi was invited as a guest speaker at the 'Connecticut University' Dance School for an academic exchange, representing Chinese male dancers.

In 2016, he pursued ballet at the 'Versailles Royal Opera House' in Canada, and in 2017, he joined the 'Canadian Opera Ballet Company.' In 2018, he took part in the 'Alice in Wonderland' and 'Anna Karolina' ballet productions of the 'Canadian National Ballet Company.
